Die Free Software Foundation (FSF) will mit dem LibrePhone Projekt eine freie Alternative zu Android und iOS entwickeln. Es wäre nicht der erste Anlauf der FSF.

    Hey EU - if you wanna regulate something: Force European banks to supply software (apps) that do not rely on proprietary apple and google services.

    I would love to use a FOSS phone but my bank even requires play services to use their website for their mandatory authenicator app.

      If we are doing wishlists here: How about we break the credit card duopoly ?

      This plan is as old as i can remember and still I didn’t order a Pinephone.
