My understanding is that the contractual agreement with advertisers is that they pay to reach ears. The ads did not reach any ears as promised which could be equated to fraud.

Hi Steve. Have you heard from Tom? Been a while.
Just freeze your credit. It is the simplest and easiest solution. It sucks, but it seems to be the best utensil to eat the shit sandwich we’ve been fed.
I have heard they (South Korea) plan on building skyscrapers with screens covering the buildings, so that they can project the background skyline via the screens. The effect would be to render the building almost invisible. Seems like a lofty goal, so I am not sure if they are still pursuing that project or not.

Can you please expound on this?
I gave up on Amazon last year. I do without many things which is fine, but there are some things that are more difficult to find without them. I am still doing without as I’d like to figure it out for the long term.
Can you give examples of the vendors that supplant Amazon for you?
In Elon’s eyes he’s still testing on animals.

I think all of us had the Cybertruck design back when we were about 4 years old.
Not sure how all that can be separated out meaningfully as it is the platform being used and advertisers have expectations based on whatever agreement has been struck between them. Maybe I misunderstood. Perhaps the difference in your example is a user acting versus a bot? Intent probably comes up somewhere as well, but I am not a lawologist. 🤷♂️
