I just wish I would be allowed to have a persistent number row on my keyboard. I literally cannot fathom why I’m not permitted to have this. (And as a side-note, I also wish I could swipe type on the full-size keyboard and not have to minimize it down to the little accessibility version. There literally seems to be no point to this, except to make users’s lives more difficult.)

I just got a 16 Pro. I still have my 7 Plus. Form factor of 7 plus is still the best of any of the iPhones, for my money. It feels THE best in-hand.
